Meet Hanumanth Rao – Career clarity coach for millennials&  Parent Career Guide Mentor for Parents. He’s worked in banks, trained teams, and led schools. 18 years of experience help him guide students with heart and strategy.

Hes mentored countless youth to choose careers that truly fit them. His mission? A purposeful life for every young Indian. An internationally certified Career Counsellor from Mindler (NCDA-USA) and Mentoria, he also holds the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers from ITARI and ICF-CCE certified Trainer and Coach. With global certifications and rich industry experience, he empowers both students and educators through confident and compassionate guidance. His approach brings a global perspective to education and coaching.

Having driven results in the banking sector through strategic contributions at ICICI Bank, Mahindra Finance, and IndusInd Bank, Mr. Hanumanth Rao transitioned into education to pursue his passion. He served for more than 8 years  in globally recognized schools like Oakridge International and Bangalore International School, He has bridged the corporate   and academic worlds. As principal at Delhi Public Secondary School, he mentored both students and teachers.
